We have 3 large propane tanks so you don't need to worry about running out of Propane even on long trips.
The hitch includes the sway bar and weight distribution springs. You need a standard square hitch, 7 point light plug, and trailer brake. You can pull the trailer with an SUV or a truck.
Sleeping for 8 is as follows: 2 on back double bed, 1 on back bunk bed, 2 on fold down table, 2 on front queen fold down table, 1 on front bunk bed.

Seven day or longer rentals get a 15% discount. Over 2 week rentals get 20% discount.
A $150 Deposit is required to hold your dates. Other fees are $100 for cleaning, $70 if you don't bring the sanitation tanks empty.
Some Special event weekends are more.
Insurance is available at $5/day or you can get a binder through your auto insurance carrier.
