Availability Request Form

Many Out2RV.com subscribers have asked us to create a form for renters to contact them. Good idea. There is now an "Availability Request" button on the vehicle listing page that let's potential RV renters fill out a simple form to ask about availability and request a quote. Here’s how works:

• Renter finds a listing on Out2RV.com and wants to inquire about availability.
• Renter clicks the new Availability Request button, and fills out a short form containing basic RV rental information.
• The form is emailed to the subscriber, who should respond within one day.
• The subscriber's phone number and email are still available, should the renter need to call or email.

Getting consistently formatted availability requests via email helps subscribers

• minimize interruptions and manage time better throughout the day.
• track inquiries to better respond to renters
• determine effectiveness of various types of advertising, including Out2RV.com.
